Miya Services is focused on providing premium care and solutions for youth and their communities.
After a number of years working in care services, the founders of Miya identified vital opportunities to better support our displaced and disadvantaged youth.
In 2024, Miya Services was launched to provide a specialised, targeted solution for youth care, support, training and development. We consider ourselves an elite care and results-focused organisation.

We uplift and elevate others by providing support, hospitality and care in honour enhancing ways.

We act with respect, courage and integrity. Together we deliver our best at all times. We take our responsibilities seriously. This is reflected consistently in our choices and behaviour.

We exercise patience and tolerance in overseeing the care of young people from troubled backgrounds. We are mindful of their needs and meet them where they are at.

Our team is familiar with the communities we work with and seek to unpack their challenges and resolve them together.

We acknowledge the significance of our role as mentors and strive to be excellent role models for the young people in our care.

We nurture personal growth in our young people by providing an environment that elevates youth.

Miya offers intensive support through mentoring programmes and care services by partnering with family to deliver excellent outcomes.
As we bring all four elements together under one umbrella, we reduce the number of services that are working with each child and increase accountability. This allows for real and lasting change in the families that work with us.
Our service recognises the value in a holistic, culturally informed approach for supporting children.
Family first. Working with both children and their families drives engagement and real outcomes.
Mentor-led Care. Our Youth Workers provide 24/7 care while acting as mentors and positive role models for child.
We aim to significantly reduce the “foot traffic” in the lives of children in our care.
We work with the community to create programmes that are relevant and engaging for youth. We meet them where they are at and leverage their interests to help them build a successful future.
We recognise the value of a culturally informed approach in all that we do.
