Our Support Coordinators come from strong customer service backgrounds, bring a diversity of lived experiences and cultures, and are deeply connected to their local communities. This means they truly understand the people they support. With expert knowledge in disability, a commitment to walking alongside participants every step of the way, our team ensures you’re never navigating the system alone.
We’re known for handling complex plans and reviews with care and precision. Using a strengths-based, evidence-led approach, our Coordinators work to make sure your NDIS funding delivers exactly what you need – always promoting your independence, goals, and human rights.
We are proudly based in Townsville and deeply committed to delivering culturally safe, person-centred support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and their families. As a locally owned and operated organisation supporting communities across Australia, we specialise in Support Coordination that respects and upholds the unique strengths, values, and cultural identities of our First Nations peoples.

While Support Coordination is what we do right now, we’re working toward expanding into therapy services and support worker programs – building a trusted, consistent team around each participant. Because you deserve streamlined support that grows with you.
