Miya Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Xiaomei (Vikki) Zhang as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for MSA Group, the parent company of Miya Services Australia and Mana Services Aotearoa (New Zealand).
Vikki brings to the group more than 15 years of financial leadership experience, primarily within the automotive industry, where she built a reputation for aligning financial strategy with strong business performance. Since immigrating to Australia in 2008, Vikki has played a pivotal role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability for a range of complex businesses.
Coming from a business-oriented family, Vikki was introduced to financial leadership at an early age—her mother served as a CFO for nearly 50 years. That early exposure to finance helped shape Vikki’s passion for business strategy, governance, and long-term value creation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from RMIT University and brings with her a hands-on understanding of how to navigate evolving markets and stakeholder needs. Vikki’s ability to build high-performing teams and deliver commercial insight will be critical as MSA Group continues to expand its footprint across Australia and New Zealand.
Outside the boardroom, Vikki is a proud mum to her 9-year-old son and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, often heading off on fishing or camping trips when time and weather allow.
