Peta brings a wealth of experience in rostering, recruitment, and community-focused support services across North Queensland. With a strong background in aged care, disability services, and child safety sectors—including roles at AbilitiesNQ, Community Solutions Townsville, Right At Home, and Life Without Barriers—Peta has honed her skills in managing complex 24/7 schedules, interpreting awards, ensuring compliance, and prioritising the needs of vulnerable children, young people, and clients.

Most recently, as Regional Recruitment Officer at AbilitiesNQ, she managed end-to-end recruitment across Cairns, Townsville, and Mackay, maintained staffing levels for over 270 employees, and built strong networks with community partners. Her earlier hands-on rostering experience involved creating efficient schedules for large teams and client bases while handling leave, availability, payroll processing, and performance matters with a proactive, people-centred approach.

Peta is passionate about working in values-driven, culturally diverse organisations where she can contribute to meaningful outcomes for young people and families. Her approachable style, exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and solutions-focused mindset make her an ideal fit for ensuring our rostering processes support seamless, high-quality care in our residential, emergency accommodation, transition, and NDIS services.
